WHAT IS VISX RSVP ?
VISX RSVP is a Shopper Convenience feature that was introduced to allow a host to send out invites to live events and get an estimate on how many people will attend.
In addition this feature has built in reminders for shoppers, sending them emails alerts as the event gets closer.
The RSVP feature also has a “Save The Date” function built in, allowing likely attendees to add the event link and details to their preferred calendar app. The “Save The Date” function works with iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Office 365.
Our goal with RSVP is to ensure your invitees remember the time and date for the event and are able to attend it with just a click of the calendar or the reminder email.
When your invited guests RSVP, their email will be added to the RSVP list in the invitations tab of the VISX Event Manager.
